Mark as Useful Several calls from this number, normally with breathing on the other end. Once call was "happy birthday" song in Spanish. Reporting to local authorities.

Mark as Useful Received a call from a RESTRICTED number, so I did not pick up. She ended up leaving a message saying her name and asking for me to call her back. When I proceeded to look her number up all I found was complaints about it being fraudulent.
